As an example, the Tiny House Construction Company in Canada would give you 3 styles of house builds to choose from and 3 options for each build.

For the DIY-er, they would manufacture a “base package” which includes “trailer, entirely framed tiny house, sub-floor & house-wrap” OR they could give you the “+ package” where you would have the above mentioned built AND “siding, metal roof, windows and doors” included.

The cost? Anywhere between $8,500 and $24,000 CAD.

Now consider this, you could probably build your own tiny house for under $2,000. This of course would be without a trailer, but perhaps you have the land and lot already.
