OK, so we have all come across on our RV adventures, ways that the internet can be useful, specifically for obtaining extra income. However, would you have considered if there are any apps that could do the same thing, in earning you a supplemental source of financial freedom?

BEST APP TO EARN FROM: SWAGBUCKS

Perhaps you’ve heard of Swagbucks already, perhaps not. In general, this app is essentially a rewards program in which you will earn cash back for shopping online, taking surveys, playing games, or watching videos. In reference to another article that I featured Swagbucks in (How to Make Money Online on the Internet), this is perhaps one of the easiest apps to use if you’re just a beginner.

What you won’t make on cash, you can easily make on gift cards using Swagbucks, all while you earn points while you shop, or even just search the web. You can even get paid to watch cooking shows, plus you can make up to $35.00 just by taking a survey.

BEST APP TO INVEST WITH: ACORNS

For me to find this app was truly a game-changer. I don’t personally use it, but from what I can tell through the video, it’s a no-brainer.

To summarize and in the easiest way possible; Download an Acorns account, set-up your financial accounts such as a debit or credit card information, set up your personal goals and continue on with your daily lifestyle. Any time you make a transaction purchase from either of the accounts you have set up, the dollar amount you spend will automatically round up to the nearest dollar, and the Acorns app will invest those funds into a portfolio of stocks & bonds.

Essentially turning your extra change into an automatic retirement fund without you worrying about a thing, this app lets you add bigger lump sums if you have extra cash to spare. But at the end of the day, having access to the earning can be a matter of a smart investment and a wealthy future.

BEST MONEY MAKING APP FROM RENTING: AIRBnB

From an RVers perspective, they have apps like RV-Ezy where you can rent out your RV when not in use so that you can earn an extra bit of income, but have you done it with an AirBnB? When it comes to traveling, having this app allows you to rent out your home or space in your house when not in use to travelers, earning you that extra cash.

We’ve all heard of AirBnB, and we know how it works essentially, so why not earn from it?

Alternatively, there is another option that is a little more localized where the concept is exactly the same. It is called Homestay and is the best alternative solution to the best “rent it out” app – AirBnb.

BEST JOB OFFERING APP: Task Rabbit

Taskrabbit Inc is an online and mobile marketplace that matches freelance labor with local demand, allowing consumers to find help with everyday tasks, including furniture assembly, moving, delivery, and handyperson work.

Allowing you the app user to create an account, apply to find work, this app puts you out into the physical world in order to earn your spare change. Now you don’t have to be tech savvy to do a lot of these jobs, but the aspect that you use an app to make extra income, is right up there in my books. I think this app will be downloaded in the very near future for myself, how about you?

The process of sign up allows you to create a profile as a “tasker“, insert your skill set, bank account information, and upload a picture, so that the people that request you know what you are capable of. Think of it as a job interview with the interview being online. Once you have obtained your clients, you are now able to complete said tasks you apply for and get paid for them.

An example of such would be you accept a job to be a delivery driver to pick up someone’s medication. You ever hear of Uber? You could easily do this on the side of this task rabbit job and collect from the best of both worlds if you’re good at it!

BEST GIFT CARD APP: INBOX DOLLARS

Make extra money online from home with this app, Inbox Dollars. Ways to earn with this app include:

• – Surveys
  Inbox Dollars partners with top research organizations who require feedback on a variety of topics. Also, you can give your opinions and they will pay you cash upon completion.
• – Games
  They offer you to play a wide variety of games for free, or enter cash games and compete against others for cash prizes!
• – Get Deals
  You could even participate in one of great special offers and get cash rewards from a platform called DailyRewards.
• – Paid Emails
  You could receive their best offers directly to your email, and they’ll pay you cash just for reading them, or complete the offer for additional earning opportunities!

BEST FREELANCING APP: FIVERR

There are actually two freelancing apps that could earn them supplemental income, one being Upwork, and the other is the more popular, Fiverr (pronounced “five-r”).

This app offers the customer freelance services in the non-physical form, and more internet web based services form, such as graphic designer. Known to give it’s users respectable income for services rendered, this app can make you that change.

Other than web design, the other examples of way you can earn an extra dollar is through what are called gigs. Gigs are what get you noticed on this platform and you are able to create a profile that showcases these gigs, in which in return, companies or other individuals will notice your skill set and put an offer to hire you.

It’s best to set up an account and get at it right away if you are more skilled than a simple Swagbucks platform. You’ll earn more in the long term the longer you stay with Fiverr.

BEST APP FOR PET LOVERS: ROVER

If you enjoy pet sitting, dog-walking, grooming, and even pets in general, here is an app that allows you to set up an account as a trusted pet sitter to earn extra income.

Rover connects pet parents with sitters who will treat their pets like family. Millions of services have been booked on Rover and 95% of bookings receive a 5-star review!

If you don’t think this app is worth it, think again, it’s a huge step up from any other pet app out there, plus when you can make money from it, what else do you need?

Best Online Money Making Apps Conclusion

In the end, the best online money making apps are everywhere, and can be utilized from any mobile device wherever you may be, including on the road or from within your RV.

A far cry from learning how to create a website, making money and earning that passive and supplemental income are choices that everyone should consider, even during this economic crisis.

It’s far better getting prepared with one or more of these apps in order to successfully gain that financial freedom, than it would be to just carry on.

To be fair, I’ve considered and joined a few of these apps, but none have given me more time and freedom than Wealthy Affiliate, something that you could learn more about should you choose to go the direction of affiliate marketing.
