Thank you for the insightful article on the best Water Pressure Regulators for RVs! I appreciate the detailed breakdown of features and recommendations. One question that comes to mind.  I noticed that your article stated that they will not operate in freezing temperatures.  Are there other regulators that perform in extreme weather conditions, particularly in freezing temperatures?

Greg, Thanks for the kind words, I’m glad you found the article insightful.

To answer your question, The only regulators that MAY perform better in freezing temperatures that come to mind would be the Camco 40055 Brass Water Pressure Regulator, used in conjunction with a Camco Heated Water Hose.  You don’t ever want any water part or product freeze for your RVs as that can lead to more of a problem and a headache. So using it altogether in the extreme weather conditions, I’d recommend to just omit it altogether.

I know from our winter experiences, I leave it off, as well as any external filters as soon as 0 degrees celcius rolls around. I hope this clears things up for you.

      Cheers!
